Hard Man. DWN-058 Astro Man is a Robot Master that comes from Mega Man 8 and returns in Mega Man & Bass who is featured in Mega Man Maker as of its 1.5.0 update.

Its size and shape seems to match the shoulder missiles on Napalm Man's sprite.

Needle Man. The Jet Bomb is the final version of this enemy. Some kind of a window. One tile from this piece of scenery is never used. The final platforms are shinier, and the middle of the platform juts out a bit more in the older version. After exploding, debris would spawn in four directions.

A similar enemy, Kao ga Mehda, would later appear in A simple flying robot that would fire at Mega Man. The "tip" of this in-game uses a repeated tile.

The tiles being pointed to are the right edge of the "N" in ROCKMAN, and are duplicated in the sprite (OBJ) graphics. The closest you're getting to weapon icons is Wily Wars (which needed them for Wily Tower) and anything based … This animation oddity may be related to the unused missile. Mega Man 2's Wily Stage 1 tiles (except for maybe the rocks) already look good enough IMO, i'd say they were ahead of their time for Mega Man 2 tiles.

Stone Man's stage has a lot of unused tiles. These tiles are taken from the second half of Stone Man's stage.

This part of the logo was converted into a sprite to work around palette limitations. I even modded some Jumbo Tiles over plates in my Mega Man Maker Plus mod last year. Robot Masters [8] Gemini Man.
